Delores Poole McNair is a speaker, mother, wife and servant of God.  She has long been a vocal voice for spreading the Gospel and inspiring others to achieve to their full potential.  The heart of the organization Married and Complete was birthed in 2000.  The organization is dedicated to making a positive difference in today’s marriages, families, communities and individuals.  Delores knows first hand the realm of “lack” and also the wonderful realm of “wholeness”.  It is her ministry, drive and vision to help women release the baggage of previous bad relationships and the past; and step into the wonderful possibilities of the future.  A native resident of North Carolina, she is a graduate of Shaw University with a BS in Business Administration/Management and a certified Clinical Laboratory Scientist.  Though she has spent more than 21 years in the healthcare field, she is now in the field of kingdom restoration.  With the support and encouragement of her husband, she answered God’s voice and instruction to form God’s Complete Woman Fellowship (GCWF) in 2007.  Additional workshops, conferences and seminars aimed to help build stronger foundations in all women are planned and hosted throughout the year.  With the Word of God in her heart and mouth, she is committed to enrich the lives of women through inspiration and restoration.  When asked about her purpose she says, “I’m Delores Poole McNair a woman on a mission to accomplish the vision”.
